Appointments are not needed; so just show up during the lab's operating hours to give a small blood and/or urine sample, depending on what you're testing for. When you arrive at the lab, all you have to do is show your private order number, which we will provide. They'll be expecting you.

When your results are ready, they will be sent to a secure online account, usually within 3 business days after you get tested.

I was initially worried about a long wait on my STD test results, as well as the confidentiality. The test results came back 1 day later and all results were sent via a confidential e-mail which needed a password to retrieve the e-mail. Glad to say the test results came back negative, it made my day!
